No one escapes pain, it’s a part of life
We all face it in different ways, through joy and strife
Some pain is physical, some pain is mental
Some pain is temporary, some pain is fundamental

No one escapes pain, it’s a common thread
We all share it in some form, from birth to death
Some pain is visible, some pain is hidden
Some pain is bearable, some pain is forbidden

No one escapes pain, it’s a challenge to overcome
We all learn from it somehow, to grow and become
Some pain is a teacher, some pain is a foe
Some pain is a healer, some pain is a woe

No one escapes pain, it’s a human condition
We all cope with it in our own ways, with hope or submission
Some pain is a friend, some pain is an enemy
