It shines with pride and beauty in the sun
and doesn’t care about the opinions of others
nor does it bend to the wishes of lovers
It displays its spectrum for everyone to see
it not ashamed of its true identity
and doesn’t conform to society’s decree
It represents diversity and harmony
Doesn’t judge or discriminate
The rainbow doesn’t change its colours for no one
It inspires hope and joy in the heart
And when things fall apart
remember the Rainbow
is a promise of a fresh Start
